A structured Pilates block designed to help you stay consistent with your practice. This session runs weekly at the same time and place for the duration of the block, providing a regular space to focus on movement in a welcoming environment.

What do I need to bring?
Your own mat, water and grip socks (no trainers please).
What can I expect from first class?
After having informed your instructor of any injuries you may have, you can expect to guided through the main principles of Pilates alongside a series of basic mat pilates exercises. There will be modifications throughout the class depending on your ability level. We will progress to slightly more complex exercises as the block goes on, adding light equipment along the way and building on what we have previously learnt.
How often should I attend to see results?
I recommend x2/3 weekly sessions. These can be made up in group classes or online using the class video library.
Any restrictions?
We welcome anyone age 16 and over. Although qualified to teach pre-natal clients across all trimesters, please note that general group classes are best attended up to 20 weeks of pregnancy only. Between 12-20 weeks some exercises may need to be modified for you so please inform your instructor before the lesson commences. If you have any injuries or disabilities it is your responsibility to inform me before classes commence. If necessary I will require that you have permission from your doctor first.
Do I need experience?
No please just come along and enjoy. You will be taught everything you need to know.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know and we will endeavour to find a spot for you in another class to make up for it (providing there is space.)
How do I pay for my class block?
All payments are made securely online by card at the time of booking. Once payment is complete, your spot is confirmed for the full block.
Can I join a class if I have health concerns?
Your safety is our priority. If you have any health conditions that may affect your ability to participate, please consult your doctor before attending. Pregnant participants can attend group classes up to 20 weeks, after which private or pre-natal sessions are recommended with written doctor’s consent. It is recommended that you inform your instructor of your pregnancy by 12 weeks so that some exercises can be modified for your comfort and safety.
What happens if a session is canceled?
If a session is canceled due to the instructor’s illness or venue unavailability, we will either reschedule the class or issue a refund for that session.
